Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering:

  1. Registration for the festival is across ALL the locations:
    NCPA (Nariman Point)
    St Pauls Institute (Bandra)
    Title Waves (Bandra)
  1. A person can register online by filling and submitting the online registration form or by registering at the venue on the day of the Festival
  2. The Festival Access Badge must be collected from the registration desk upon arrival at the Festival
  3. The Festival Access Badge must be kept on the attendee’s person at all times
  4. Each Festival Access Tag is valid for only one person 
  5. No Festival attendee shall have unrestricted access to all areas of the venue.
  6. Seating is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis
  7. Right to admission reserved by the venue
  8. The registration does NOT guarantee a seat at any of the sessions/performances
  9. Depending on the number of people at the venue and its capacity, the Festival will, at its discretion without prior intimation, open or close all registrations for on-spot registrants.
  10. Children below the age of 6 years including babies in arms are not permitted
  11. Mobile phones must be switched off during all the sessions and performances
  12. Food, beverages, cameras, handbags, bottles, cans, or tins are not allowed inside the venue
  13. Festival Attendees must behave in a dignified and orderly fashion
  14. Festival Attendees cannot defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others
  15. Festival Attendees are not allowed to publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information related to the Festival
  16. Promotional materials of any kind may not be distributed at the event unless previously approved by the Festival organisers. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave the event
  17. Festival Attendees will be liable to pay for any damages caused by them to the Festival property
  18. Festival Attendees shall be responsible for their own belongings. The Festival will not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage of any Festival Attendee belongings
  19. Festival Attendees are not allowed to use, consume and carry alcohol, tobacco products, or narcotic substances on the festival premises
  20. Festival Attendees are not allowed to carry weapons, arms, hazardous substances on the Festival premises
  21. All attendees are required to follow the govt’s official guidelines on precautionary measures for Covid at all times
  22. Schedule is subject to changes
  23. Terms and Conditions are liable to be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the Festival
