Chef Thomas Zacharias, also known as ChefTZac, began his culinary journey in Kerala, later studying at the prestigious WGSHA in Manipal. He embraced the power of storytelling as the campus newspaper’s Editor-in-chief at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, from where he graduated as the valedictorian. After working at three Michelin-starred Le Bernardin, he co-founded the very popular The Bombay Canteen in Mumbai.
