Chef Thomas Zacharias, also known as ChefTZac, began his culinary journey in Kerala, later studying at the prestigious WGSHA in Manipal. He embraced the power of storytelling as the campus newspaper’s Editor-in-chief at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, from where he graduated as the valedictorian. After working at three Michelin-starred Le Bernardin, he co-founded the very popular The Bombay Canteen in Mumbai. In 2022, ChefTZac established The Locavore, a transformative platform committed to creating lasting impact through food in India, capturing its cultural essence and empowering consumers towards conscious choices.
