Tess has cast for Mira Nair, Russo Brothers, Wes Anderson, Garth Davis, Ramin Bahrani, Sooni Taraporevala and Doug Liman. In 2020 she joined The Academy’s Casting Directors Branch. She is the Curator of Spoken Fest 2017-2024 Asia’s Largest Spoken Word Festival.
