Raveena Tandon is an award-winning actress, a philanthropist, an environmentalist, a wildlife photographer and an ambassador for organ donation. She is active in social advocacy and has received several government awards for her social work including the Padma Shri.

Her Rudra Foundation works for the welfare of children, women and animals. She has also worked with organisations like UNICEF, Cry, and Smile foundation, to name a few. She is the Wildlife Goodwill Ambassador of Maharashtra and the first participant from the film industry to be a delegate at the Women’s Empowerment wing at the G20.
