Dr. Naushad Forbes is the Co-Chairman of Forbes Marshall, a Process and Energy Efficiency company. He is Chairman, Ananta Aspen Centre, and Centre for Technology, Innovation and Economic Research (CTIER). His book, The Struggle and the Promise: Restoring India’s Potential, was published in 2022. He is also co-author of From Followers to Leaders: Managing Technology and Innovation in Newly Industrializing Countries. Naushad Forbes studied at Stanford University from undergraduate to PhD, where he was also an occasional Lecturer and Consulting Professor. He is on the Board of several educational institutions and public companies. He was President of CII for 2016-17.
