Gayatri is an author and journalist. She is co-author of ‘Changemakers: 20 Women Transforming Bollywood Behind the Scenes’. Her work has appeared in both national and international publications like ‘The New York Times’. She has a fortnightly column, ‘Flight of Fancy’, in ‘The Hindu’. She is a contributing editor at ‘Vogue’ and ‘Architectural Digest’, India, head at ‘Tina Brown Live Media/ Women in the World’ and an editor at large at New York based ‘Airmail Weekly’. She covers a variety of subjects, and has profiled leading personalities around the world.
