Manoj Joshi is a Distinguished Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation. He is a journalist who has specialised on security issues in years he has worked with The Times of India, The Hindu, The Hindustan Times and the India Today Group. He is a regular columnist and commentator in the Indian media. In 2011-12 he was member of the Government of India’s Task Force on National Security chaired by Mr Naresh Chandra to propose reforms in the national security system of the Country.
