Pooh Siraj-Ayesha Sayani has made a series of acclaimed short films, feature films, documentaries, and advertising films. She has won multiple awards for her work. She has also served on several national and international juries & selection committees. She runs The Sultan Padamsee Awards For Playwrighting which is open to Indian playwrights from all over the world.
Her first feature film, Hungama Bombay Ishtyle, with an all star cast, was produced and directed for the Children’s Film Society, India. It won the Special Jury Film World Award.
Ayesha has worked on programmes for satellite TV research for rural areas with the Indian Space Research Organisation. She also has considerable experience in commercial radio broadcasting.
