Anuja Chauhan created advertisements for multinationals for seventeen years, before writing seven best-seller novels: The Zoya Factor, set in the world of international cricket; Battle for Bittora, which captures the hurly-burly of a rural Lok Sabha election; Those Pricey Thakur Girls and The House that BJ Built, novels of families and romance set in Lutyens Delhi; the Indian Air Force historical Baaz, and the whodunnits Club You To Death and The Fast and the Dead. All her books have been (or are currently being) adapted onto screen. She also writes a column for The Week.
