Words Of Inspiration

  • Wednesday, 18th Nov
  • 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm IST

It is quite a universal instinct, when reading a book, listening to music, or looking at a painting, to wonder what experience in the artiste’s life inspired that work. Many established authors credit their literary inspiration to a novelist or poet – classic, contemporary, in between – read in childhood or early adulthood that sparked the realisation that this is what they too, are meant to do. The story of inspiration can be as gripping as the work it inspired. Listen to successful authors revealing their literary coups de foudre.
