Launch of Manoj Joshi’s In Hard Times

The war in Ukraine seems to have caused a shift in global power politics. Russia and Europe appear to be weaker; America still remains at the top with China emerging as the new challenger. Is this a transient phenomenon or is this the shape of the new world order? And more importantly what does this portend for India, especially since Russia, itsĀ  largest military hardware supplier, appears to be growing closer to China. Three senior defence experts discuss new trends in global politics and how India needs to manage its position in a fast-changing world.
