The war in Ukraine seems to have caused a shift in global power politics. Russia and Europe appear to be weaker; America still remains at the top with China emerging as the new challenger. Is this a transient phenomenon or is this the shape of the new world order? And more importantly what does this portend for India, especially since Russia, its largest military hardware supplier, appears to be growing closer to China.
